Anthony's father......1935 cricket team at PGS






This photograph was given to me by my dad. It shows the County School's Under 13 cricket team taken in about 1935.
Standing at the back is Mr Hodson, the English master.

The back row consists of:

Mr Street (groundsman/janitor), Micky Clark, ? , Victor Trevail who went on to run the outfitter' shop in Market Jew Street, Frank Casey (my dad), Warren

The front row consists of:

Jimmy White, John Jenkins, Nicky Hodson (the teacher's son), Neville Wightman who joined the merchant Navy, K. P. T. H. Rogers (whose nickname was "Capital H and whose father owned the garage at the top of Causewayhead), Tom Lewis and Sidney Trembath (who became the mayor of Marazion).
